"So appanasha went through a rocky time there in the last ten years or so. For a while, every time I brought one of my cats in, the vet was different, and I had a very ill cat at the time. However. Since mid 2021 there's been a complete turnaround. If I need to get in same day with a sick cat, I can get in AND SEE MY VET (usually at least). When I call, the receptionist no longer sounds harried. When my pets have testing, results come back in a timely fashion. And the waiting room always seems to have a max of three pets waiting. What a difference! We love you Dr. Jansen!!"
