"We recently dealt with a major tragedy involving our five outdoor kitties we were caring for until we could find a better situation for them. After someone likely poisoned them, Appanasha was able to see some of them that weren't as bad off seeming as the others. (We went to the animal hospital for the others.) Unfortunately, 3 of them didn't make it, but they helped to ensure one of those 3 had one more night of love from us and his two surviving brothers.Every step of the way, the folks at Appanasha were empathetic, responsive to questions, and very accommodating. It was two of the most heartbreaking days for us, but they helped us through it.Since then, they've been the vets for our two new kitties that we adopted into our home. They use blankets to help calm the kitties for their checkups. They helped get them chipped with chips that can read their temperature so they don't need a thermometer inserted into them every visit, and they were very gentle and caring for our survivor kitties.We are really happy with their service all around, and we're happy to have been able to move our other two cats there as well."
